• Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received (in case of prepaid orders) or on Cash on Delivery (COD).
• We accept various payment methods including Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, and other methods as available on checkout.
• Carraze reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We aim to deliver orders within 3–7 business days across Pakistan.
• Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or courier issues. Carraze is not liable for such delays.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchange

• Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if:
• Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Product is unused and in original packaging.
• For return/exchange, please contact our customer support first.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

• All content on CarrazeStore.com including logos, text, images, and graphics is the property of Carraze and protected under copyright law.
• Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
